Cancellation

The term of notice of indefinite contracts is one calendar month. In other words, if the tenant moves out in May, the cancellation notification must be delivered to Retta Isännöinti by the end of April in order for the lease to cease by the end of May. The rent has to be paid during the cancellation time, as in the earlier example mentioned, the rent for May.

  • The apartment is handed over completely cleaned. If the apartment is not in proper condition when the final inspection is done, the tenant will be charged with the cleaning expenses accordingly to the maintenance company’s prices. When all of the keys are returned, all rents or expenses are paid, the deposit fee will be returned. We will let you know if the apartment isn’t approved when the final inspection has been done.
